INGREDIENTS non-stick cooking spray 8 slices bacon ¾ cup hot buffalo sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot ¼ cup cream cheese, at room temperature ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken half a stick celery, chopped ¼ cup green onions, sliced sea salt, to taste fresh black pepper, to taste 8 slices sourdough bread 4 thin cheddar cheese slices butter, for melting on skillet DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Lay the bacon slices on the lined baking sheet and cook in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Take bacon out of the oven, then lay bacon slices on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up bacon grease. Warm the hot sauce in the microwave for 30 seconds, then set aside. INGREDIENTS 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbells French onion soup 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs 1 egg 1⁄4 teaspoon salt 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1⁄4 cup ketchup 1 -3 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce, to taste 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder 1⁄4 cup water DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, mix together 1/3 cup condensed French onion soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown both sides of patties. Pour off excess fat. In a small bowl, blend flour and remaining soup until smooth. Rustic Roasted Garlic Chicken with Asiago Gravy

INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon oil 4 (6 ounce) bone-in, skin on chicken thighs salt and pepper to taste 1 onion, diced 20 cloves garlic, peeled 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dry thyme) 2 tablespoons flour 1 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup asiago cheese (or parmesan), grated salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Heat the oil in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken (seasoned with salt and pepper) and brown, abut 3-5 minutes per side, before setting aside. Add the onion and garlic and saute until the onions are tender and the everything is lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle in the thyme and flour and cook for a minute. Add the broth and deglaze the pan by scraping the brown bits off of the bottom of the pan with a spoon while the broth is sizzling when added.
