CROCKPOT BRAISED COUNTRY STYLE RIBS




INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds boneless country style ribs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Brown the ribs on each side. Transfer to your slowcooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine the remainder of the ingredients & whisk together. Pour over the ribs.
  3. Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
