- 3 pounds boneless country style ribs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Brown the ribs on each side. Transfer to your slowcooker.
- In a bowl, combine the remainder of the ingredients & whisk together. Pour over the ribs.
- Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
