- 2 wraps
- 1 can of Tuna, drained
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ½ carrots, peeled and sliced into long stick
- ½ cucumber, peeled and sliced into long stick
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Total time: 10 mins
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine tuna and lemon juice until well combined
- Place mixture on a wraps
- Top with sliced avocado, red onion, cucumber, carrots, salt and pepper
- Roll wrap, cut in half and enjoy!
