- 1 oreo pie crust
- 1 16 oz container cool whip
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese at room temp
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 15 oreos
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whisk together until smooth. This is why using room temperature cream cheese makes it quicker.
- Then, add cool whip and whip on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Next, put 15 oreos into a large ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Empty your bag of crushed oreos into the cream cheese and cool whip mixture and mix for a bout a minute.
- Scoop the oreo cream mixture into the already prepared oreo pie crust with a rubber spatula. Then, lightly break a few oroeos on top of the oreo cream pie for garnish or enjoy it just the way it is
