OREO CREAM PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 oreo pie crust
  • 1 16 oz container cool whip
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese at room temp
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 15 oreos

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whisk together until smooth. This is why using room temperature cream cheese makes it quicker.
  2. Then, add cool whip and whip on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Next, put 15 oreos into a large ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Empty your bag of crushed oreos into the cream cheese and cool whip mixture and mix for a bout a minute.
  4. Scoop the oreo cream mixture into the already prepared oreo pie crust with a rubber spatula. Then, lightly break a few oroeos on top of the oreo cream pie for garnish or enjoy it just the way it is
