- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Kroger® Hoisin Sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 4 whole wheat burger buns, toasted
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, green onions, ground ginger and Sriracha sauce. Form into 4 patties.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, hoisin sauce and sesame oil.
- Place each burger on a bun and spread on peanut butter sauce. Top with cabbage.
- Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
