Easy Oven Baked Pork Ribs




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb baby back ribs (1/2 rack)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place some parchment paper on a baking sheet while preheating the oven to 275°F.
  2. Put all the spices in a small bowl and mix until they are combined thoroughly.
  3. Prepare the ribs. Dry it off and remove the membrane on the back side. Dredge the mixture of spices on the ribs until it is completely covered on both sides.
  4. Set the ribs on the baking tray. Bake for 3 hours. For more crispiness, grill the ribs on high heat for 3 minutes each side.
