DIRECTIONS

  1. Take two hot dog buns and spread butter on both sides, including the inside. Then, sprinkle poppy seeds over the buttered buns.

  2. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat and place the buns on it for about 1 minute per side, or until the butter is melted and the buns turn golden brown. Once done, set the buns aside.

  3. Next, clean the skillet and place the hot dogs on it. Cook the hot dogs until they are browned and heated through. Alternatively, you can grill the hot dogs on an indoor or outdoor grill.

  4. After the hot dogs are cooked, add chopped onions, tomatoes, 1 dill pickle spear, relish, mustard, hot peppers, and generously sprinkle celery salt on top of each hot dog.

  5. Finally, serve the hot dogs with the toasted buns and enjoy your delicious meal!
